There's plenty of underground, illegal gambling parlors in Southern California, and there's a man named Mr. Kelly who runs the majority of them. Craps is the one game a gambler actually has a chance at winning; in fact, it's got the best odds for the player. Cherie DeVille is one of Mr. Kelly's best dealers, but today the gamblers are winning. Big. So much so, Cherie's out of chips, which means she'll have to call Mr. Kelly for a money drop. This could take a few days to happen, and our crew wants to get paid out immediately. When poor Cherie breaks the news to them, our boys take their monetary woes out on Cherie.
